Who it is for
Small contractors who bid or sub on city and county public works in King and Snohomish counties: sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps, paving and pavement preservation, concrete and site work. A bid window can close in about two weeks, and the postings are spread across many agency websites.
It is not for you if the agencies' free alerts already tell you everything you need. We would rather say that up front.
What it is
Done-for-you monitoring. We choose the pages with you, test each one, and watch them for 60 days. It is built on Until, our watch service: each watch fetches a public page on a fixed schedule and fires when a specific condition is met, such as a new bid appearing or a keyword showing up. An alert includes a link to the official posting.
Alerts are not filtered by trade. A watch can fire on anything new on the page, including bid tabs, awards and non-construction items.
How it works
Tell us your pages
Pick the pages you care about below, or name other cities. We tell you which ones we can watch and which we cannot.
We set up the watches
Every page gets a free test fetch first. You see which pages pass before you pay anything.
You get an alert
When something new posts on a page we watch, you get an alert with a link to the official notice, for 60 days.
How alerts reach you. Today alerts are delivered by webhook (a signed message to a URL you give us). Email alerts are coming soon and are not live yet. Before you pay anything, we confirm how you will receive your alerts.
Covered pages
These 14 bid and notice pages loaded and could be checked in our test on October 15, 2026. Agencies change their sites without notice, so we re-test before we set you up.

Honest limits
- Some pages cannot be watched. We read plain HTML and JSON only. We cannot watch pages that build their content with JavaScript, pages behind a login, or sites that block automated visitors. We respect each site's robots.txt, use no proxies and never solve captchas.
- Not watchable today: Bothell (its page blocks our fetcher); Everett (blocks automated visitors); Seattle's OpenGov procurement portal (blocks automated visitors); King County's Oracle solicitations portal (cannot be fetched).
- Not tested yet: Issaquah, Tukwila, Kenmore, Shoreline, Mercer Island, Newcastle. Treat them as unavailable until we test them for you.
- Seven-day watches, chained. Each watch runs for at most 7 days. We chain them (re-arm) to cover your 60 days. A chain can stop early, for example if a cap is reached, and need a restart, so there can be short gaps.
- Periodic, not real time. Pages are checked on a schedule (hourly by default). A city can also change its page layout without notice.
- Alerts today are by webhook. Email alerts are coming soon and are not live.
- We cannot promise that a matching bid will be posted during your 60 days, or that you will win work.

Tell us which pages you care about. We run a free test on them and, where a page passes, set up one free 7-day watch so you can see what an alert looks like. This form only sends us a request: nothing is charged, and no emails go out automatically.
Questions
Is this the same as a city's free “Notify Me” alerts?
No, and those are free and worth using. We put the pages you care about from several agencies into one feed, so you do not need a separate sign-up for each. If “Notify Me”, a plan-room service or your small-works roster invitations already cover everything you bid on, you probably do not need us.
Do you submit bids or get me plan documents?
No. An alert tells you a new posting appeared and links to the agency's official page. Documents and bidding stay on the agency's own system.
How fast are alerts?
Each page is checked on a schedule, hourly by default. That is not real time. A new posting can sit for up to an hour or so before you hear about it.
What do you need from me?
Your name, an email address and the pages you care about. No logins and no passwords for any agency site.
What happens after 60 days?
The watches stop. Nothing renews or bills automatically.
